Grace Allen has been doing experiential brand marketing for 25+ years. Grace drives results by keeping business goals, like revenue growth and brand awareness, in mind. She creates innovative brand experiences purpose-built as part of larger integrated marketing campaigns.
Her time in-house working at tech companies allowed her to build, grow and lead event marketing teams driving measurable business results. She’s developed event strategies and executed events globally, of all sizes - with celebrities, former presidents, a former first lady, fortune 500 companies, and tech startups.
She’s enabled sales teams, developed tech stacks with marketing ops, collaborated with design teams for on-brand assets, and pitched multi-million dollar event marketing roadmaps to company leadership. Her events cover Washington, DC, New York, London, France, Las Vegas, and Texas (and beyond).
Grace embodies a profound combination of creative and strategic thinking that set her apart. She started GG & CO. because she recognized a gap for many companies between their events, business strategy, and marketing. She is driven to provide the value of a senior marketing professional to companies of all sizes who need to effectively and efficiently scale.
Sara Ruddle
Sara is the in-house Event Manager for GG & CO. She’s detail-oriented, quick to respond, and always focused on customer service. Her 7+ years of experience in hospitality makes her an unbeatable partner-in-crime to Grace, and GG & CO. clients.
Sara’s work in event venues and hotels built her experience in contract negotiation, logistics, supplier sourcing and client relationships. Not only does she live and breathe from an operation-oriented mindset, she brings a passion for creativity, drive towards problem solving, and a love of going above and beyond to every project.
